These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using our website and engaging our business advisory services.

By accessing our website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

The Profit Lens™ provides boutique business advisory services for female founders, including:

  • Profit Clarity Sessions

  • Business Performance Audits

  • The Profit Partnership (ongoing advisory)

  • Strategic business guidance

  • Voxer support (for selected services)

These services are not financial planning, legal advice, accounting, or therapy.

They are educational, strategic, and advisory in nature.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate information during booking

  • Have the authority to enter into a business agreement

  • Not use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to decline service if required.

3. Booking & Payment

Booking

All sessions must be booked through our online scheduling system (Cal.com) using the link provided.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through Stripe or via the payment link provided.

For subscription services, payment is collected automatically each billing cycle through Stripe.

Currency

All prices listed on the website are in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session using your booking link, subject to availability and notice requirements (usually 24 hours).

Cancellations

Because preparation begins prior to each session, cancellations are non-refundable.

Refunds

All services—sessions, audits, and subscriptions—are non-refundable due to the personalised and strategic nature of the work.

Subscription clients may cancel future billing cycles at any time; however, no refunds are provided for the current billing period.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Submit any required documents in a timely manner

  • Attend sessions as scheduled

  • Maintain communication via email or Voxer (when applicable)

  • Understand that results depend on their own implementation

Failure to provide necessary information may impact the service outcome.

6. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific income results

  • Profit increases

  • Business growth

  • Future financial performance

All results depend on individual effort, market conditions, pricing, business model, and implementation of the strategies provided.

We offer guidance — not guaranteed outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Profit Lens— including:

  • Audit reports

  • Roadmaps

  • Frameworks

  • Templates

  • Website content

  • Blog posts

  • Training materials

  • Images and branding

  • Messaging and methodologies

—is protected by copyright and may not be copied, sold, distributed, shared, or repurposed without written consent.

Clients may use materials for their own business only.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your business information.

We will not share your data, documents, or business details except:

  • With your permission

  • When required by law

  • With third-party systems that support service delivery (e.g., Stripe, Cal.com, Voxer)

Clients also agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary materials provided.

9. Voxer & Messaging Support (For Applicable Services)

If your service includes Voxer access:

  • Messages can be sent at any time

  • Responses occur during business hours (QLD)

  • Voxer is for advisory support, not emergency communication

  • Boundaries must be respected

  • Abuse of messaging access may lead to service termination

We aim to respond within reasonable timeframes.

10. Website Content & Links

The content on this website is for general information only.

We may link to external websites or tools; however, we are not responsible for:

  • Their content

  • Their operations

  • Their security

  • Their privacy practices

Use external links at your discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Profit Lens is not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Business losses, revenue loss, or data loss

  • Decisions made based on advisory content

  • Delays, disruptions, or technical issues

  • Third-party system failures (Stripe, Cal.com, Voxer, Squarespace)

Advisory services are not a substitute for legal, financial, or accounting advice.

12. Termination of Services

We may terminate services at any time if:

  • Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour occurs

  • Payment is not completed

  • Terms are violated

  • The client is not a suitable fit for the service

If terminated, no refunds will be issued.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled through appropriate legal channels within this jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally.
