REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — The Profit Lens

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, sessions, subscriptions, and products offered by The Profit Lens.

By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

Because services provided by The Profit Lens are personalised, strategic, and require preparation time, all purchases are non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Profit Clarity Sessions

  • Business Performance Audits

  • The Profit Partnership (subscription or quarterly)

  • Any strategic advisory service

  • Digital templates, documents, or downloads

No exceptions will be made except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Profit Clarity Session

  • Sessions may be rescheduled using your booking link.

  • We ask for reasonable notice (typically 24 hours).

  • Cancellations are non-refundable.

Business Performance Audit

  • Due to preparation and analysis time, cancellations are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule your Strategy Review Session using your booking link.

The Profit Partnership

  • This subscription includes advisory access and/or recurring sessions.

  • You may cancel future billing cycles at any time.

  • The current billing period is non-refundable.

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid cycle.

3. Failure to Attend

If you miss your scheduled session without notice:

  • No refund will be given

  • No complimentary reschedule will be offered

This protects the time allocated exclusively for your session.

4. Service Delivery

A service is considered delivered when:

  • The session occurs, or

  • Advisory access begins, or

  • Audit work begins (including document review, analysis, or strategy mapping)

Once delivery has begun, no refunds can be issued.

5. Payment Issues

If your payment fails:

  • You will be notified

  • Your booking may be paused or cancelled

  • Access to services (including Voxer access) will be suspended until payment is resolved

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event that The Profit Lens needs to reschedule or delay a session:

  • You will be notified promptly

  • A new session time will be arranged

  • Refunds will be considered only if required by law

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a service fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian law.
